What is Betty's return policy?
Returns should be easy and penalty-free! That's why we gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. All sales final on clearance items.

NO PENALTY RETURNS
To return a product for refund or exchange, follow the directions on the back of the packing slip. Pack all items in a USPS Priority Mail envelope available free of charge from the United States Post Office or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip.
Once we receive your returned goods, you will be refunded to the original method of payment. No shipping penalty will be deducted. You will be required to pay for the return shipping, but we will give you store credit for the shipping amount up to $5.75. Please enclose receipt for shipping costs. This credit may be used on a future purchase online only.
NOTE: In the US, returns will only be accepted back via United States Postal Service flat rate Priority Mail up to $5.75.
Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt back to us. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
Sorry, we cannot accept COD returns.
