    How to measure:

    1. Remove clothing

    2. Use a soft measurement tape (like the one inside your travel sewing kit!)

    3. Measure bust & hips around the largest part.

    4. Measure waist at the smallest part. 

    5. Measure back-wasit from nape of neck to smallest part of waist. 

    6. Match your measurements to the chart & round up by 1/4- 1/2 inch.

    Returns should be easy and penalty-free! That's why we gladly accept unworn, unwashed merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days of the shipping date. All sales final on clearance items.

    NO PENALTY RETURNS

    To return a product for refund or exchange, follow these directions. Pack all items in the mailer bag supplied to you with your order (reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip). 

    Ship any carrier you like; preferred service is Canada Post. Once we receive your returned goods, you will be refunded to the original method of payment.

    No shipping, handling or restocking fee or penalty will be deducted. You will be required to pay for the return shipping, but we will give you store credit for the shipping amount up to $7.00 if shipping was paid originally. This credit does not apply on Free Ship offers. Please enclose receipt for shipping costs. This credit may be used on a future purchase online only. 

    Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt back to us. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
