    How to measure:

    1. Remove clothing

    2. Use a soft measurement tape (like the one inside your travel sewing kit!)

    3. Measure bust & hips around the largest part.

    4. Measure waist at the smallest part. 

    5. Measure back-wasit from nape of neck to smallest part of waist. 

    6. Match your measurements to the chart & round up by 1/4- 1/2 inch.

    Betty is pleased to offer $7.00 flat rate shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase for $7 shipping and no handling fees whatsoever. 

    **Orders process within 1-2 business days and transit time for free and flat rate shipping is approximately 3-5 business days provided by United States Postal Service Priority Mail & UPS depending upon value of the order.  

    RETURNS (USA)

    We offer "No Penalty Returns", which means if you choose to return or exchange your style, Betty will not charge restocking fees or penalties, unlike other fashion retailers. You simply pay the return shipping and we will credit you on your next order for the cost of the return shipping up to $5.75. More information on "No Penalty Returns" click here.  Return parcels must be sent by USPS to qualify for return shipping credit.  

    Priority Express

    Orders may be sent PRIORITY for a flat rate of $12.00 any value. If you choose to send your order Priority, parcels will arrive within 2 business days.  This is based on Priority Mail Express with United States Postal Service. A flat rate fee of $12.00 will be applied at checkout.

     

    CANADA

    Betty's flat rate shipping is $18.00 for all orders to Canada up to $150 in value. Shipping for orders over $150 is $21.00. **Offer subject change in terms.

    Transit time for flat rate shipping offer is approximately 7-12 business days provided by USPS/Canada Post Regular Parcel. Total is calculated before taxes

    Orders to Canada may be subject to taxes, duty & brokerage fees. Shop our US made section to avoid duty.

    NO PENALTY RETURNS

    To return a product for refund or exchange, follow the directions on the back of the packing slip. Pack all items in a USPS Priority Mail envelope available free of charge from the United States Post Office or reuse the original packaging and enclose the packing slip. 

    Once we receive your returned goods, you will be refunded to the original method of payment. No shipping penalty will be deducted. You will be required to pay for the return shipping, but we will give you store credit for the shipping amount up to $5.75. Please enclose receipt for shipping costs. This credit may be used on a future purchase online only. 

    NOTE: In the US, returns will only be accepted back via United States Postal Service flat rate Priority Mail up to $5.75. 

    Returns are processed within 10 business days of receipt back to us. We will send you an email confirming that your return or exchange has been processed.
